Perfectly clean and wonderful relaxing place, has stunningly beautiful views of the sea. The staff is respectful, the room is tastefully decorated and themed. It offers very good service and very very good and delicious breakfasts. The location is perfect and wonderful, close to the beach. Furthermore, it's close to the town centre and the sea front, restaurants and the high street and the promenade, art gallery, restaurants and theatres.

Had a pleasant overnight stay for a weekend in Eastbourne. There were tastefully decorated and themed rooms with large double bed, comfy sofa, as example. Perfect location for visiting restaurants and bars minutes from the hotel. Café Favo'loso located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was very good. The location was peaceful and handy, within easy walking distance of an Eastbourne pier. Moreover, the area was fairly quiet. The hotel was what I enjoyed during the trip.
